Minimizing cancer risks
Proactive steps can be taken to actively reduce cancer risk at the breasts, colon & uterus.
Over the course of about 30 years of practice I have only had 3 breast cancer cases thank God, and then in elderly women who were going to get it anyway no matter how hard we tried. This ia amazingly low rate, considering I should have been seeing about 8% of my patients contracting this disease, sooner or later. I attribute this disproportionately low rate to the use of testosterone in low dosage. When testosterone is administered to women it is converted into a byproduct that selectively stimulates the beta estrogen receptor. The colon is rich in beta receptors, & that's why estrogen therapy along with testosterone lowers colon cancer risk. Similarly selective stimulation of beta receptors in the breast tends to dramatically lower breast cancer risk. The bottom line on estrogen & breast cancer is that while estrogen can cause flare ups in already established tumors, it does not increase the risk of contracting new breast cancers, proven fact!
